What to include
A little context goes a long way. Depending on what you're writing about, it helps to mention:
- Calculator feedback: which calculator, and what result or wording seemed off.
- Fee corrections: which fee number you're questioning, and a link to where you found the current official rate — Etsy and other marketplaces update their fees over time, and reports like this are how Sellarithm's fee assumptions stay current.
- Technical issues: what page you were on, what device/browser you used, and what happened vs. what you expected.
- Partnership or business inquiries: a short description of what you have in mind.
- General questions: anything else about the site or how a calculator works.
Response times
This is an independently maintained site, so replies won't always be immediate. Fee-accuracy reports and clear bug reports tend to get looked at first.
